"Reforms and Order"
- is a party of like-minded people who joined hands not for the
sake of a leader, nomenclature or clans' interests, not on the
basis of abstract ideology or borrowed theory, but for the sake
of fulfillment of the concrete program of social and economic
reforms which our Motherland needs today.
Reforms are all-round
transformations in all spheres of the life of the society. Order
is a moral pivot of the life of the society on which under any
circumstances the command of law, justice and inevitability of
punishment of crimes are based.
"Reforms
and Order" party is:
- a team of like-minded professionals who are able to assume
the responsibility for economic reforms for the purpose of realization
of positive changes in our life;
- men of principle in the Parliament who consistently uphold
the course of democratic reforms in the society;
- consistent opposition to the police of the present state
power;
- the only alternative to the decline of the Ukrainian economy,
chaos and uncertainty, stagnation and moral decay, moral, intellectual
and spiritual impoverishment.
On July 5, 1997 the Constituent
Conference of Lugansk Regional organization of the "Reforms
and Order" party took place.
